The Bandar Abbas Arya Container Terminal and Logistics Center, covering an area of 25 hectares, is located in the Shahid Rajaee Port Complex in Hormozgan Province, west of Bandar Abbas.
The strategic location of this complex, due to its proximity to ship berthing docks and port operators, especially the area known as Terminal No. 2 of Shahid Rajaee Port, as well as its vast size, makes it a key logistics hub established with private sector investment.
This terminal offers an exceptional range of strategic facilities in the fields of cargo handling and container operations (logistics warehouse, special infrastructure for refrigerated container storage, terminal operation software system, video surveillance system, terminal equipment including various heavy and light forklifts, side lifts, reach stackers, reach trucks, pallet transport trucks, roll grips, fleet management system tractors, and many other equipment) whose operations rely on the specialized and skilled human resources of Bandar Abbas Arya company. The logistics center (CFS) of the Bandar Abbas Arya Container Terminal, spanning an area of 12,000 square meters in a fully specialized space, has been designed with a capacity exceeding 30,000 tons, utilizing the latest methods in modern warehousing systems, and at a cost of over 200 billion IRR and is fully prepared to provide services to cargo owners.
The strategic location of Shahid Rajaee Port in the North-South Corridor and the positioning of the Bandar Abbas Arya Container Terminal in the Shahid Rajaee Special Economic Zone are significant points in explaining the functional values of this terminal. In other words, when analyzing and discussing transportation costs in the supply chain, the capabilities of this complex, alongside its structural and specialized potentials, make this terminal a vital hub in the logistics industry of the Persian Gulf region. The design of this terminal includes two separate areas: one with shelving for palletized goods and another open space allocated for miscellaneous items and all areas of this warehouse (both shelved and open) have designated yard or cargo placement areas, which accelerates the search for goods and enhances operator efficiency.
Operations carried out at the logistics warehouse includes container stripping, unloading containers by specialized equipment and personnel into the warehouse, stacking goods within the warehouse using specialized equipment, inspection, and cargo loading.
